Our Sales Training Services are designed to help you design an overall strategy for improving the effectiveness of your current sales staff, or we can assist in the recruitment and development of a new sales staff. Charles Kettner, aka “The Specialist”, is a professional sales and management trainer and published author, having recently released “The Specialist” Sales and Management Bible. He resides in Virginia Beach, VA, where he is the host of a daily radio show, “The Specialist” Radio Hour, dedicated to sales and management training, and also includes featured guests from all across the business and political spectrum. He has over 38 years of sales, management and training experience, over 25 years of hard core door to door sales with no leads and no referrals and for 38 years has never had a guaranteed paycheck! Charles Kettner, aka "The Specialist", is a professional speech trainer based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He provides professional public speaking training for identity-conscious local and national political candidates, CEO's, attorneys and others in leadership positions. Currently “The Specialist” is the official Speech and Presentation Trainer for the Republican Party of Virginia Beach, Virginia, as he has worked with sitting U.S. Congressmen, members of City Council, State Representative candidates, Brigadeer Generals, Naval Captains, Commanders, Navy Seals, and many others. His public speaking training encompasses critical areas of communication delivery, such as voice inflection, enunciation, eye contact, facial expressions, body language and appearance. The training is designed to help you avoid the common mistakes encountered in public speaking and give you the confidence to effectively deliver your message.
